Pussy, A Reclamation

By Regena Thomashauer. Every woman on earth need this book. It’s that simple. Let this book change your life the way it changed mine.

Tantric Orgasm For Women

By Diana Richardson. A book about the feminine and sustainable approach to sex. The author is allowing you to explore sexuality from the female perspective, which is the long term solution, and something both men and women will benefit from. Tantra is misunderstood by most people, due to the lack of knowledge of what tantra really is; a profound journey of self-discovery and self-transformation and the process of changing base energies to higher spiritual expressions.

“Tantra is the transformation of sex into love through awareness”

Women Who Run With The Wolves

By Clarissa Pinkola Estés. I felt a rumbling “yes” from the depths of my soul while reading this book. It’s a book about everything that is lost and forgotten, but that still lingers within each and every woman if she really listens.

Yoni Shakti

By Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. My bible. Yoni Shakti is a woman’s guide to power and freedom through yoga and tantra. It’s a book about blood wisdom, womb yoga, sacred sexuality, positive health and spiritual empowerment. A book about a more intuitive and feminine approach, full of profound wisdom.

Why We Sleep

By Matthew Walker. Why we sleep is a book about unlocking the power of sleep and dreams. Matthew Walker gives you the understanding of the vital importance of sleep and how it affects everything from your ability to learn, memorize and make logical decisions to your creativity, health and success. Sleep is the most important aspect of health, it’s really the foundation of health, and not just one of many pillars together with nutrition and exercise. Sleep determines everything. The facts this book holds are many and astonishingly important.

Quiet

By Susan Chain. A book about the power of introverts in a world that can't stop talking. I remember reading this book, and it all made perfect sense. I wasn't the only one feeling this way, after all. I read it soon after I found out about the “highly sensitive” personality trait, as I dived deep into all the literature I could find around the subject. In Quiet, Susan Chain shows how the brain chemistry of extroverts and introverts differs, and how society misunderstands and undervalues introverts, although they carry immense power and strength, just a different strength than what our extroverted society values. I also recommend watching this.

Breaking the Habit of being yourself

By Joe Dispenza. Read this book. I mean it. It will help you realize that you can create your own reality by using quantum physics and meditation.

The Alchemist

By Paulo Coelho. A beautifully written book about the journey of a young boy and his path to realize his true self. Full of hidden truths and of course; alchemy.
