My heart and soul will always belong to yoga, nutrition, holistic health and natural living, and as with many others, I started this journey because I was sick.

My whole youth were spent with my horses living side by side me at home, together with friends or dancing jazz, hip hop or contemporary. Always in motion. I can't remember not having enough energy being a problem until one point somewhere along the way where that was suddenly my reality. I struggled with fatigue, a weak immune system and a lot of inflammation throughout my body. I tried everything, but it wasn’t before I went to a naturopathic practitioner that things shifted, and I’ve been interested in health and nutrition ever since.

My journey has since been filled with healing. Gut health, hormonal balance, mineral status, cleansing, liver function, mindfullness, stress management, self love and sleep hygiene has been some of my areas of focus, as well as going in therapy, meeting new people and emphasizing the relationships in my life. I started my nutrition studies, and dived even deeper into both the practice and teaching of yoga. Letting both my body, heart and mind heal.

Femininity and sacred feminine practices together with womb wisdom has also become a big part of me and my journey over the years. Touching that part of my being has allowed me to understand, help and nurture myself in a total different way. Women and the healing energy we possess, are magic.

I’ve learned so much, and I'm grateful for every experience I can take with me and use to help others, which has always been my purpose. I'm now a certified nutritionist, and currently studying for my second degree in the field of nutrition. I’ve also come to learn that there's not just one aspect to health. There's many answers, and maybe you'll find some of my answers inspiring.
