Baked Portobello Mushroom
Ingredients
2 portobello mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 to 1 shallot
1 dl fresh basil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Herbsalt or himalaya salt
Instructions
1. Remove mushroom stem and place the mushroom caps in a baking dish.
2. Chop garlic, shallot and basil into small slices and spread it out inside the mushroom.
3. Drizzle some olive oil and herb salt on top.
4. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 200C.
Use as a side dish or as the main course. I always use it as a part of my veggie tapas and I'll post similar dishes in the future, ones you can use as sides or parts of a tapas.
