Sweet potato chips
Okay, why haven't I made this sooner? It's so crispy, salty and delicious. Listen to me when I say you should make a big batch. It's gonna go fast.
Ingredients
Sweet potato
Olive oil
Himalayan or sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Cut or slice the sweet potato as thin as possible using a mandolin, sharp knife or by using a "ostehøvel".
3. Place slices on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Make sure not to overlap the potatoes.
4. Drizzle with oil and salt and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
5. Let the chips sit for 5-10 minutes to allow them to crisp up.
