Ingredients
200 grams of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 teaspoons coconut sugar (or to taste)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
1. Pulse everything in a food processor or blender until it is the texture you prefer. If you are using frozen berries, let them defrost just a little before blending.
2. Store in a jar in the fridge.
