Smoothie Bowls
The secret to a good smoothie bowl is starting with as little liquid as possible alongside creamy ingredients like avocado, frozen banana and coconut milk. I love to use avocados in smoothies, which is not normally associated with sweeter flavours, but trust me, in a smoothie like this it tastes divine, and really makes it so wonderfully creamy. Use whatever fruits, vegetables and berries you have, different combinations, different colours. I'm sure you'll find something that pleases your taste buds.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 avocado
2 dl frozen blueberries
1 dl frozen raspberries
1 dl water
3 dl (or more) coconut milk
1 small piece of ginger (don't skip it, it's so good)
Optional: Maca Powder, Hemp Protein, Acai Powder
Instructions
Blend together in a high speed blender or a food processor.
Topping ideas: Granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, pomegranate, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, goji berries, sliced banana, mango, almond butter, peanut butter.
